Hey! I have to find a local cooking class and just do it! I have simply fallen in love with cooking and baking over the past couple of years and I want to expand my horizons a bit. As for the photo shop, I don't know much about it. There is a site called scrapgirls.com that has tutorials. I am just doing a 30 day trial right now, but some of the Photoshop Elements on ebay are sold with an extra scrapbooking tutorial. It has to be better than all those scrapbooking supplies everywhere, right?
